Below you will find all the information you need about lesson pricing, how invoicing works, and our studio policy at Stand Out Performing Arts. Please read this carefully - all students and parents are asked to sign and return the policy agreement before weekly lessons begin. Please note that you are not required to sign a policy before your taster lesson.
Lesson Prices
Taster Lesson - 30 minutes - £9.50 | (Half Price For the First Lesson)
Standard Lesson - 30 minutes - £19 | (Weekly Lessons Invoiced Upfront)
Extended Lesson - 60 minutes - £38 | (Subject To Availability)
At Stand Out Performing Arts, lessons are booked in blocks. When you sign up, you are paying for a specific weekly time slot - this slot is exclusively yours for the term.
All invoices are sent via email at the start of each half term. Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice. Lessons are paid via a half term invoice to reserve your place.
Lesson Policy
At Stand Out Performing Arts, we take our lesson policy seriously to ensure that students, parents and our team all understand what is expected of one another. Clear expectations allow lessons to run smoothly and efficiently, helping every student get the most from their training.
We are committed to providing a supportive, professional and consistent learning environment for everyone.
New Students & Trial Lessons
New students are offered a first taster lesson at a half-price rate of £9.50 You are not required to sign a lesson policy before your taster. If you decide to join, subsequent weekly lessons are charged at the full rate of £19 per 30-minute session. Once enrolled, you will receive your invoices via email for payment in advance for each half term.
Payments & Attendance
Lessons are booked in blocks, and payment is due in full by the date stated on your invoice. Your tuition reserves an exclusive weekly time slot that cannot be resold to others; therefore, invoices must be paid in full regardless of attendance or illness. Please note that two late payments, or inconsistent attendance, will result in a review of your lesson place.
Commitment & Conduct
We aim to encourage every performer at their own pace. However, to maintain high standards, a sustained lack of effort, commitment, or practice, as well as uncooperative behaviour, will result in your lesson place being cancelled.
Lessons Cancelled by the Teacher
Any lessons cancelled by Stand Out Performing Arts will result in a deduction on your next invoice, or we will offer a specific time to make up the missed lesson.
Leaving Lessons
A minimum of one half term’s written notice via email or letter is required to stop lessons. If you decide to stop lessons instantly without providing the required notice, you will be charged for the full notice period. Stand Out Performing Arts reserves the right to pursue unpaid fees through legal and professional unions.
