Sophie is a professionally trained screen and stage actor, known for her warmth, versatility, and grounded, authentic approach to performance. Trained at The Hammond on a prestigious DADA scholarship, she built a strong foundation in musical theatre before naturally expanding into screen work.

Her passion for performing began early, training in dance from the age of two and appearing in the UK tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as a child - an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to the industry. Alongside this, she continued to develop her craft through regular training in London and National Youth Theatre.

Sophie’s career has since spanned stage, screen, and international live performance. She has worked professionally as a vocalist and presenter abroad, before moving further into television and film. Her screen credits include Downton Abbey: A New Era, Enola Holmes 2, Agatha Raisin, Endeavour, Lady Chatterley’s Lover, Bodies, Doctor Who, and Young Sherlock, with on-set experience across productions for Netflix, ITV, Sky, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, BBC, and Universal Pictures.

Alongside her performance work, Sophie is the founder of Stand Out Performing Arts, where she mentors and develops emerging talent in singing, acting, and dance. Her choreography has been featured on West End stages since 2022, and she brings a dynamic blend of technical precision and creative leadership to her teaching.

Currently training at the Working Actors Studio, Sophie continues to refine her screen craft with a focus on emotional truth, connection, and versatility. She brings dedication, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to every role.

Outside of her work, Sophie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dog. Often unwinding with a classic Disney film and a bit of LEGO - reflecting the warmth and joy she brings to both her life and her work.
